These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RedRoofed.com and any reports or services provided by Red Roofed ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
Red Roofed is a private, commercial property-data service — a roof-condition scoring and reporting tool. We are not a government agency, a property appraiser, an insurance company, a licensed home inspector, or a real estate broker. Our scores and reports are informational estimates, not professional inspections, appraisals, or official records.
Red Roofed scores are estimates generated from publicly available records (property tax rolls, county building permits) and documented NOAA hurricane history, plus — where available — verified contractor inspection findings. Our scoring methodology is described at RedRoofed.com/methodology.
Nothing on this site or in any report constitutes legal, insurance, financial, real estate, or engineering advice. Red Roofed does not solicit, file, negotiate, or adjust insurance claims, and is not a public adjuster. Homeowners are responsible for their own insurance and repair decisions.
When you request a free inspection, you are asking to be connected with an independent, licensed roofing contractor ("Verified Contractor"). You are under no obligation. Any inspection, estimate, agreement, or work is solely between you and that contractor. Red Roofed is not a party to and is not responsible for any roofing contract, work performed, or the conduct of any contractor.
Red Roofed reports are informational tools and are not a substitute for inspections, appraisals, or any disclosure required under Florida real estate law. Agents and brokers remain responsible for their own due diligence and disclosure obligations.
Lead and data products are provided for lawful marketing use only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the federal and Florida Do-Not-Call rules, and CAN-SPAM, when contacting any consumer. Performance figures, close rates, and ROI examples are illustrative projections, not guarantees. Lead exclusivity, where offered, is limited to the specific terms of your purchase.
Paid reports are delivered electronically. Because reports are generated on demand, all sales are final unless a report fails to deliver, in which case contact info@redroofed.com for a replacement or refund.
The site, scores, and reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Roofed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any score or report. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the report at issue, or $50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County or Sarasota County, Florida.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
