Unlike an insurer's aerial score, your Red Roofed record can be seen, disputed, and corrected. If we're wrong, we fix it — and it costs you nothing.

How a dispute gets resolved:
  1. We re-check the official record. Your county's (and, in the City of Sarasota, the city's) roofing-permit records are the backbone of every status. A permitted re-roof we missed corrects your record automatically.
  2. Replaced without a permit? A licensed Verified Contractor inspection can override any estimate — we'll offer to schedule one, free.
  3. You hear back either way. We tell you what we found and what changed. Corrections appear on the next data refresh, typically within days.
